Hub and pod problems

Our Hub 3.0 has a constant red light.

I received a new pod which we cannot connect.

we have followed all procedures advised for both the hub and pod.

On wifi connect it keeps saying it cannot find the hub.

We have tried everything.

I think we need a new Hub so that we can progress with the pod and are able to access wifi connect app appropriately.

Please help.

  • Hi dianeo,

Thank you for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Hub. As you're struggling to find the Hub on your devices, it's possible that your Hub is in modem mode, as when this is active, the base light will turn magenta and the wireless broadcasting will be switched off.

Can you please first try performing a factory reset to see if this resolves the issue? To do this, you need to push a pin into the pinhole at the back of the Hub for at least 60 seconds.

Let us know how you get on.

If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly.
