Help, some websites are blocked despite childsafe and virussafe off

Help, all of a sudden, some websites are blocked by Virgin Media, despite having both childsafe and virussafe off under online security.

I tried turning on and off childsafe but it doesn't turn on or off, it stays off with the following error 'Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again'.

For example, reddit.com and vimeo.com require refreshing several times before I can see their content. Some websites, for instance, protonvpn.com are completely obscured.

So far I reset the hub and checked and smartphones and computers wired and wireless all have the same issues.

Can you please sort this out for my account?

    Is Virgin Media looking at this issue, any ETA when it is going to be resolved?

      Reading through the many forum posts, it seems this is pretty broken for users?  In the meantime manually set the DNS on your device to Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
