Glitch on the website my address isn't available anymore to order fibre?
Nexifibre on behalf of VM have been digging up my town for the past 6 months and I've been checking every month or so on the VM website to see if the services are available for order as my contract is up for renewal soon.
There is one of the boxes right outside my house and in front of my driveway there is one of those black virgin media plaques. Until recently you could check all the addresses against my postcode and it would say temporarily unavailable you will be notified when available ect. Now when I check my postcode on the website 80% of the postcodes are missing but the ones that are there have the ability to now order the new 1/2Gig fibre.
I have submitted one of the forms to say my address is not listed but haven't received a message back. Is anyone able to advise whether this is available for ordering yet? Surely if someone just down the road from me can order , t should also be available for me.
