Address not showing as available

Hi. Virgin has recently come to our area. Our neighbours and over the road show as having it available but not us and I feel powerless to find out why and what is going on. Most properties phone lines and some power is overhead (we are both).  Is there anything I can do or is it just "tough"?? Thanks for any help or advice.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. We're sorry that you're not able to see if you can take our services or not. Have you spoken to our sales team on 08001831234? They would be able to tell you if the services would be available, if they tell you that its not we can then look further into this from here with our expansion team or the sales team will do that for you.

  • Thanks Steven_L, I caught up with the sales person when he was calling at the other houses, he said there were some random properties including mine not appearing on his list, he wasn't sure why and would follow it up, but he hasn't called back & still no luck on the postcode checker.:(

      When did you last speak to them?

      Sometimes they can take up to 14 working days to reach back out?

      If this has passed this time limit let us know.

        Thanks Matthew_ML, I'm not 100% sure but it's probably best waiting until next week to ensure at least 14 days have passed. I'll update here if still no movement on the postcode checker if that's ok? We work from home and our current broadband is awful so this would literally be a game changer for us! Many thanks for your assistance so far.

  • Hi Matthew_ML I'm pretty sure it's been over 14 working days since I spoke to the door to door salesperson. I haven't heard anything & my address still isn't showing as available. Is there anything you can do to help please? Thank you.
