IP Address Showing Location as California USA

Over the last day, I have encountered a strange problem whereby my MacBook Air, connected to my VM router by WiFi, has started to believe that I am located in California.

This is preventing me from accessing geo-locked UK content which I should have access to, such as shows on Netflix. No other devices in the household are experiencing this issue.

I have tried restarting the router several times; weirdly, it appears to fix the issue initially, but only temporarily. I'll start watching a show and get a 'not in your location' notice a few minutes later.

Any advice as to how I can resolve this and get back to a stable UK-based IP would be appreciated.

Yes, Private Relay was turned on. This never occurred to me as a possible issue, but once you mentioned it, it completely made sense. Turning it off seems to have had the desired effect - many thanks!
