Moving hub location

Hi there,

Please could somebody from VM contact me so we can arrange a technician visit?

i would like to move the entry location of my hub fibre from the from of my house to the rear 1st floor to be nearer my pc would this be possible or would Virgin not move it up a floor?

    A VM technician should be able to move it, will cost £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
