Getting hold of someone

I have recently placed an order.

I can not get threw to anyone as the system is asking for an account number which i don't have as it is not set up.

Phone number on email just hangs up as says the number is closed due to covid.

Now i am getting emails saying engineer is out on the 20/01/2025 but no one will be in, it needs to be a Satruday.

Cant get threw to anyone because of this account number which i do not have!? All i have is an order reference number.
