Someone trying to send me email via gmail gets this.What does it mean.

Does it only send to a Gmail server have you tried any other servers?
What happens when you try and send one back?

Hey GaryMel,
Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
There would be an issue with the persons email and/or IP address, is the person able to send email to other non Virgin Media email addresses?
I would also ask them to check here, to see if their IP has been blocked or blacklisted.

Yes he can send to non virgin media customers. And the strange thing is if he sends to my Gmail address I do receive it
