Damaged Omnibox outside house

Hi,

We're on the Volt m500 broadband package, a wifi pod installed but still getting really poor speeds and wifi connectivity in the house.

We did notice the other day that the brown omnibox outside the house has exposed wires and no cover. Can someone help to get this fixed/replaced?
