Anybody know why the VM connect app is so ridiculously poor and unreliable?
You're extremely lucky if it does what you want it to do. The issues are purely down to the app itself , anybody have better experiences with other providers?

It is indeed poor. Uninstall it and use the hub interface at 192.168.0.1
