Ridiculously slow
Paying for 1 gig getting 44mbs for the best part of a week ,engineer came good Friday changed all the connections , the box on the wall and even a new router , still the same **bleep** , app says the estimated fix is the 25th.

Thats some good wifi speed that VM say is fine
Test by wire
There's not much point doing any speed tests when there is an ongoing local fault.
If the realspeed is correct then your likely locked on one downstream channel
reboot the hub
Not much you can do if you have an estimated fix date.
Getting worse
Actually it's working its way towards a complete loss of service (albeit not there yet).

Changed to this early this morning , now back to the original , rung the status number and no problems in my area ,still 40mbs while I'm paying for 1 gig and more than 10 days of this **bleep** now.
Can someone find out what's happening in bd4 ope , ten days now with sub 40mbs speeds whilst paying for 1gig , rung the status number and no issues in my area ,should have been sorted now going by this , and it still isn't .

So this morning showing as fixed , still the same speeds ,rebooted the hub and now saying intermittent issues come back in 24hrs
