I was transferred from virgin mobile to o2 last year and want to pay off my phone. I have been asked to enter a security number which I can't remember or find and it won't let me log in to virgin mobile.
Please can someone help and guide me how I can pay off the remaining balance on my handset?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
