Direct debit

I am still receiving bills from virgin media for my old mobile phone contract. I have recently changed providers to vodofone. How do I stop these direct debit bills or do I still for some reason need to pay?

    Are they bill for purchase of mobile phone or just for airtime? If it’s just airtime you need the O2 community board or better still phone O2.

      I think it might have been the payment for the phone with the airtime being with o2. I have completed the contract as far as I am aware so I should have payed back the money I owed for the phone during the contract length. If anyone can find any info on my account and if I do still owe payments somehow it would be much appreciated.

         this I pretty much the same situation I am in however I have now switched to vodofone and still getting the bills even though I’m sure my contract has ended
