Change Direct Debit

I have a mobile phone credit agreement, I am trying to change the Direct Debit but all the links do not work I have tried calling, however as I do not have a Virgin Media account the automated system will not let me speak to a advisor. I need to have this changed over in the next two weeks Has anyone got any suggestions ?

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your direct debit, we are not able to assist with payments or payments details here on the forums, but we do have a specific number for credit agreement and handset loans on 0345 602 4420. If you pop the team a call on this number they will be able to advise further.
