Change direct debit card details

How do you change your  card details to another card. I need to update my account with the new card I can’t see anywhere to do this. Thanks

      Sorry I still can’t see where to do this it doesn’t bring up an option to change it. I need it changed asap thanks

    Don’t get confused, Direct Debit is from a bank account, not by card. What you are doing is just a repeated payment, this has no bank guarantees and you cannot get the credit card provider to cancel any payments. It is totally in the control of the vendor. With Direct Debits you have guarantees from your bank, you are totally in control and can cancel or reject payments at any time. Direct Debits are far safer.

      I need my monthly direct debit to come from a different account this is why I need to change the details

        Hi Chrissy9, 

        Thanks for coming back to us on this one. You can update the details by logging in to My VM here. Log in to your Virgin Media account > Go to the Billing section > View your latest bill > Check or edit your current Direct Debit details. 

        We're not able to update details via the Community so if you have further issues, reach out to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111.
