Why does my Bill credit keep getting forgotten

I have an on going bill credit on my account after so many problems and so much hassle renewing my contract, so why has it been missed of my bill again

    Hey Ehughes,

    Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

    Sorry to hear about this, with any recurring credits, if you have renewed your contract, only new recurring credits which have been offered to match a price will be kept on, any you had before the renewal would not get carried over.

      yea I know it is a new bill credit, to go with my new contact, but I keeps getting missed

        I would like to look into this further to see if I can see why it shows as this on your account, for me to do so I will need to confirm some information via a private message which I will be sending to you now.
