Bill in credit last month- does this get refunded to bank?

After switching contracts, my bill has been all over the place, with the latest showing as being in credit.

The DD was due 2nd Dec, so I was expecting a credit to my Bank, but haven't had one, or a debit for that matter.

Am I reading things right?

    Hi artyrambler 

    Credits are deducted from the outstanding balance of each bill until all the credits have been used. They aren't refunded.

    The credited amount should appear in the 'Other charges and credits' section of your bill.
