Volt benefits not applied
Hi,
It has been nearly two months since I added another O2 SIM to my account and the volt benefits still haven't been applied
I have been into 4 different O2 stores who advised they can see my account is eligible ( we have the benefits on our 2 other numbers) but it's not adding on this new number.
I have the email from both O2 and virgin advising they will be added but the double data is not adding to the account. They advised to contact virgin but I can find anywhere on the chat or WhatsApp to raise this issue.
I think it might be due to a slight difference on my new address but can't find the correct people at virgin to speak to
Any help would be appreciated
