Volt benefits not applied

Hi, 

It has been nearly two months since I added another O2 SIM to my account and the volt benefits still haven't been applied

 I have been into 4 different O2 stores who advised they can see my account is eligible ( we have the benefits on our 2 other numbers) but it's not adding on this new number.

I have the email from both O2 and virgin advising they will be added but the double data is not adding to the account. They advised to contact virgin but I can find anywhere on the chat or WhatsApp to raise this issue.

I think it might be due to a slight difference on my new address but can't find the correct people at virgin to speak to

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi Leigh,

    Have you amended the address in https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin so they match?

      Thanks for the reply yes I have tried that and when I search for my postcode it brings up my address but with a house name which I think is the issue as on my Virgin account it doesn't have the house name.

      On O2 it won't let me remove the house name and I can't find a way to add the house name to virgin so they match. 

      I think that's the reason the volt benefits aren't being added but I don't know what to do next

        We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with Volt being applied to your new O2 account. If the address doesn't match the one on your other O2 accounts, or your Virgin Media then you won't be able to add the benefits. 

        As we use the Royal Mail system, your address would match this and we're not able to amend or edit it. We also don't have access to O2 systems to be able to offer further help on this. Please get in touch with O2 directly. They'll be able to ensure all your O2 accounts match and thus be able to apply the Volt benefit for you.     I just wanted to let you know the address has now been amended and you're good to go with the Volt benefits.
