virginmediao2.qualtrics.com survey link not working

I received a survey link from VM followig a visit from a techician - that link doesn't work. When I click on it I'm getting
the message below

Unless the link is fixed and re-sent to me I'm taking this opportunity to thank Alana who attended in W14 9YB between 4pm and 7 pm on Nov 29th for an absolutely brilliant service. Please take it as 5 stars to all survey questions

    It's always nice to pass on good feedback. Try a browser other than Firefox and disable any VPN.
