Virgin media app hit a technical issue please try again
Trying to log in to main virgin media app to be told its hit a technical fault please try again or refresh the system anyone else having this problem jonnie

Just tried logging in it taken me to the 02 link and got to sign in tried that got nothing then it went back to normal and it still says hit a technical issue when clicking on bill paid the amount you paid to virgin
I'm stuck completely now it's asking me to sign in with 02 link details, but I haven't got any of that and it's not letting me in trying all sorts of things I don't need it much, but I love to get signed back to how it was originally with no 02 log in info.
