Virgin media app and phone payment not working
I’m an existing customer for many years and I’m trying to pay my bill. Gone through both phone numbers and when it gets to my card details the call kicks me out. I then go to online which takes me to my virgin media I go to link my account and it keep saying my account not found. All my details are correct and it’s very frustrating. I just want to pay my bill which is a simple process but you make it unbelievably difficult.
