Unable to Switch to Ebilling

I have been through my settings trying to switch to ebilling and all I can find is how to change how VM can contact me, but no way to switch to ebilling. 

The link that the paper bill includes (virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-ebilling) doesn’t work. 

Can someone please assist me in moving to ebilling?

    I’ve tried all that. There is no My Profile, or billing section. I have clicked every menu on every page but nothing.

      Please can you send a screenshot of what is happening please?

      We have no control and can't turn this on ourself sorry.

      1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
      2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
      3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
      4. Follow the instructions on-screen. Cheers 
  • Could someone switch my paper bills off please? I’ve spent ages trying but there is nowhere I can do it. Thanks.

      Thanks for taking the time to post on our Community. 

      We're sorry to hear you've had some trouble switching to e-billing. 

      To turn on eBilling:

      1. Sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
      2. Click on My Profile at the top of the page
      3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling
      4. Follow the instructions on-screen to complete registration

      That’s it! You’ll now be set up to receive your monthly bills to the email address of your choice each month.

    I also can't find anywhere to change from paper to ebilling. I've been round in circles for 30 minutes, but still can't find anywhere to change this.

      I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the e-Billing you are facing.
      Please read this article here and follow all the steps that come through.

      If you have done all these steps and are still facing issues with e-Billing, please show the error that is coming with this.
      Try to avoid posting any personal information.

        I can log on to “My Virgin Media”, but there is no link to “My Profile”

      We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with registering for E-Billing. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

      I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

      I’ve tried this and it doesn’t give me an option to change to ebilling, only communication preferences, which are already set to eBills / Email / Text
