Unable to switch to e-billing

There is no option to switch to e-billing on my account. The guides say go onto my profile and select switch to e-billing, however there is nothing on the account that makes this possible. Please can someone arrange for this to actioned.

    I am sorry to hear you are experience some issues switching to e-billing and I'd love to help you further.

    Please could you sign into your online account and follow the steps below 👇 

    •    Click on the Settings tile.

    •    Click on Account Details.

    •    Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.

    •    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.

    •    Click Update.

      I have PM’d you back as the option for e-bill is not on there, the nearest selection is email/text message/phone call/post. My account was already on that setting  but I still received a paper bill.
