Unable to sign in

Will not accept password also not sending verification to other email

    We're sorry to hear you're unable to sign into the online account.

    Are you getting any error message?

    Is the verification email being sent to an active mailbox?

      I'm getting "Your password wasn't verified". Then when saying Verifying another way, it shows correct email but not receiving anything.
