Unable to sign into virgin account
I believe others have or having the same problem not being able to sign into their account. I'm also going round in circles. trying to reset password. I got through to a real person and spent nearly an hour trying sought it out. sending me emails that never came and I did get an email the link would send me back to reset password which would not work. I got really frustrated and had to terminate the phone call.
Come on Virgin get it together.
Any one got an answer to this problem?
