Unable to sign in - link expired / doom loop

I have (as many others here) tried for weeks to login to my virgin media account.

Everytime, I get stuck in a loop on the login page, being asked to enter my email again and again when on my laptop.

When I do it on my phone, I get a screen that an email has been sent to my email with a link.  Which when I click it, say it has expired (even when clicking on it within 10 seconds, across laptop, phone, ipad, all browsers)

Looked throught the answers on here. Tried Bing (does not work). Tried looking for an email to link o2 account (takes me to the same doom loop).

Please help...

    I have been trying, without success, for days to sign in to my account both via the phone app and via the web. (iPhone and iPad)

    Click sign in

    Enter email

    I get sent an email link to verify it is me

    go back to sign in page and sometimes does not change sometimes says verified.

    ask for sign in method either password or passkey

    click on passkey, and provide bio verification on device.

    Then nothing, ie screen does not change no matter how long I wait.

    trying to enter passkey again results in message saying passkey verification failed.

    Try again from start but select password, get asked to enter new password twice, then told something like I am already attempting to register. 

    Have tried existing password and a new password.

    nothing can break this loop.

    Had been signing in for years with same credentials.

    Have tried enabling pop ups, tracking etc, makes no difference.

    To resolve this specific fault, we would need to advise you to call into our team via 0345 454 1111 or 150 from a Virgin Media landline serivce.
