Unable to link O2 account with Virgin account

As Many have pointed out THE SAME ISSUE:

Ive been told "we found your virgin media account, However this account is linked to an email address that's different to the one on Virgin Media O2 ID".   then proceeded to NOT be able to login with  message "Email address doesn't match, remaining attempt 4" , while I have only ever used the same email addres for all virgin related services.

Someone please respond to my request and provide a solution, I can't even access my account , see bill and make any changes to my wifi as of right now.

    I have exactly the same issue. I was told that I would be able to link the account once I was fully set up, however this has not been the case, still getting the same message regarding the email address being different to the one on Virgin Media O2 ID. I only use one email address. This seems to be an issue for many new customers, very frustrating and not a good start for anyone just joining Virgin Media. Hopefully someone can help with resolving this issue soon as there doesn't appear to be any other way to view bills etc.

  • Same here. Strange authentication issues. I'm about done with VM. Luckily I'm moving house soon and will absolutely NOT be taking them with me.
