Unable to link accounts
I am having the same issue as many people on here with linkng a Virgin Media account. Getting the same message about being linked to a different email address even though I only use one email address and this was the one used to sign up to Virgin Media in the first place. I am now becoming extremely annoyed by this issue as there is no way to view bills etc and I also cannot link my netfix account without having access to the Virgin Media account. This seems to be a problem for many customers but it would seem that virgin media are direct messaging certain customers rather than posting a solution for all customers to see. I have only been set up with Virgin Media for a week now but this extremely poor customer service is making me strongly reconsider remaining with this provider. Very disappointed and hope that this can be resolved ASAP otherwise I think Virgin Media may well lose a lot of customers 😔
