Two final bills
I have recently cancelled my services and was told over the phone how much my final bill would be, a few days ago I got an email saying the bill was overdue but that was the first chance I got to pay it so I did. Then the next day I get another email for the exact same amount with the same cancellation fee. On the app it says the closing bill has been paid so I don't understand why I got an email for another one.
