Final bill
hi,
My account closed on 30th April and because my new services from another provider began a couple of days earlier, I was advised by email of the fees owing to VM because of this.
My final bill showed a small net amount owing to me.
I have not yet cancelled the direct debit so VM can finalise but understand from other queries on here that this may not happen.
The app shows £0 will be taken on 14th June.
My query is how is all this going to be finalised?
Will I get a proper bill?
I don’t want to be a debtor.
