Turn off ebilling

Hello, I want to turn off ebilling. Instructions online are useless, and seeing the other results in this forum it seems the only way to resolve it is has support DM you?

Can someone from support please DM me and sort out ebilling :)

      Well nothing happens, the instructions are not relevant, I am guessing something changed and its just out of date and you can longer change this yourself. There are handfuls of other cases on this forum:
