eBILLING

This has been discussed many times before but always results in a PM having to be sent. All I want to do is switch to ebilling and not have the option tied up with ebilling/phone/post, where I end up being charged 1.75 for each paper statement.

If anyone can help then that would be great as I have not found any solution from the previous discussions.

    Hi. I am also unable to switch to ebilling. I have been told my account is not registered for online billing but am unable to find anyone who will help me. Please help. I do not want paper bills and never agreed to them or a charge!

    Can I please have help with ebilling? I am in the same boat and cannot set it up at my side. I have been told I am not registered and was sent the instructions of what someone at virgin media needs to do to set it up but no one will do it for me 🙈

     

    Follow the steps below to set the customer up for online billing.
    - Go to [**Virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia**](https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index)
    - Enter the account holders surname (As it appears on ICOMS)
    - Enter the account number, Area reference number and check the box ‘I’m not a robot’
    - Enter the customer’s first & last name and username. This should be the email address they wish confirmation alerts to be sent to (not necessarily Virgin Media email)
    - Ask the customer to choose a password (It needs to be 8 to 10 characters in length with combination of numbers and letter with no spaces, beginning with a letter)
    - Click on the link from virgin media ‘confirm username’
