eBilling

I'm trying to switch to ebilling and have tried to follow the instruction in your help section also has a web discussion yesterday and was given the same instruction, however I lost connection with your site including the conversation, before this was resolved. The instructions say to sign into your account then select My profile at the top of the page then to the ebilling section. I assumed the my profile was at the top right of the page however the only option I get when clicking this is to log out, the drop down menu on the top left also doesn't give an option. I have gone round and round in circles trying to resolve this but with no luck.
