Trouble accessing My Virgin Media
Hi,
I’m a relatively new customer at Virgin Media, and have been experiencing trouble accessing my Virgin Media account.
Earlier last month, I had set up my wifi with virgin media and had received my log in details over the phone from an agent. This included my account number, email, and site number.
However, upon downloading the app and creating a Virgin Media O2 ID, I discovered I wasn’t able to continue onto the next step: linking it to my virgin media account since it “has not been found”.
Since I haven’t received a welcome email either, I’m assuming you guys have the wrong email for me.
I really need help on this as I would really like to have access to my account to manage my information.
Please advise on how I can fix this issue.
