Switching e-billing on
I have been trying to resolve this issue over 2 years now, many customers complain and virgin media do not even move finger. Is it so difficult to make adjustment to your website and make ebilling options available? I now believe virgin deliberately not resolving this issue as this is another way to make money. Shame on you virgin. My contact ends in April and now i am switching to another supplier finally after 15 years.
