Switch to e-billing
I added a comment yesterday about not being able to switch to E-billing.
I eventually received a private message asking for more details before the issue could even be investigated. When I tried to send those details, it stated there was a fault, wouldn't send my message and then suspended my messaging ability, as I had exceeded the amount of private messages I could send for the day.
Tried again today to send the details, only to face the same issue.
All seems a bit farcical. Many, many customers facing the same issue and yet nothing seems to have been resolved.
Dare I ask, could you please switch my account to e-billing or at least send me a message I can reply to?!
