It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐ We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with Netflix Premium being on your account. This is something that is usually only activated if you've requested it, or tried using a premium feature and accepted the upgrade. We're not able to activate or manage the tier subscriptions from here. Please try logging in to My VM here. There will be a Netflix tile where you can manage the tier level. After your current billing cycle with Netflix ends, the changes will then take affect. Pop back to us here if you have any further issues with managing your Netflix account. Many thanks, 
- thegrahamwalshJoining inNo such tile in my dashboard. - Beth_GForum Team Hi thegrahamwalsh Thanks for getting back to us, that is strange. You'll be able to downgrade from Netflix Premium by signing into the desktop version of Netflix and choosing your plan. Please let us know how you get on.
