Still no Netflix activation email

Could someone help please! I've still not received my activation email. I've just renewed my package with virgin on a 24 month contract I thought my netflix would stay signed in. But it has removed virgin as a payment and needs me to update this. Countless calls to virgin and still cant get anywhere. I had to pay it myself out my own pocket to get it reactivated for the kids. Who can I speak to to escalate this
