Sky Sports+ Red button crashing V6 box!

Short and sweet.  This service is a fiasco!  I don't care whose fault it is, Virgin or Sky!  This is the age of technology....so they tell me.  For weeks now trying to watch a match on the Red button has been a lottery.  Either intermittent  breakup of commentary, screen freezing intermittently, or full freeze of box, necessitating a reboot.   p.s...your lucks in today, after another reboot, it's actually working as it should!   👏🏻👏🏻.   Whoever it concerns, needs to seriously address this problem, it's totally unacceptable in this day and age!  p.p.s.....No, I don't want a 360 box thank you!

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues using the Red Button service previously although we are happy to hear things seem to be resolved currently. 

    If you have a fault with this again, get in touch with the faults team via 150 / 0345 454 1111. They'll be able to run through live diagnostics with you whilst the fault is happening. It can sometimes take us a few days to pick up threads here so it's unlikely we'll get to you in time help via the Community. 

    We do always take on board the information in the posts we receive so we can collect the information and use it to learn more about the areas we need to improve. We will certainly pass this information along to the relevant teams.
