I registered my new broadband connection with the wrong email address. Spelled my mail id wrong. Could you please help resolve the issue.

Hi I’ve done a similar thing.
whilst signing up for the student wifi I forgot a full stop in my email and now cannot access my account as I can’t verify it!

I’ve tried calling but there’s not really an option to fix this over the phone, It only took me as far as changing my package or cancelling. I’m moving away soon and I need to be able to log in to update this.

The verification email is going to a mistyped email address so we can’t verify therefore no access to our account
