Returned Equipment and Still billed for the returned equipment

Received email and text yesterday asking for the return of my Hub 3 or I will be charged. This was dropped off at a Yodel parcel shop on the 18th of October 2025, they scanned it in and I put my email address into the machine as he said I would just get a receipt emailed to myself and that's all you get.

 i received the receipt and now i even have an email saying that it was delivered.  so i was in shock when i was going to be charged for equipment i have already returned with proof. Today being November 14, i just received a bill for equipment i have already returned.

how do i get them to check using the tracking number and reversing the bill to the former position of credit

    We're sorry to hear you've been charged for equipment you've already returned. Once it's received by us, it can take a further 14 days for it to process on the account. 

    Once processed, you'll receive a message to confirm that it's been processed and that any charges have been removed. 

    This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
