Rest password link always expire.

Hi I have registered my Virgin account but when I set my password, the password link always expired. I will receive the email of reset password after 10 minutes.

I have called for help but this problem wasn’t fixed. I still cannot reset my password and log in into my account.

Moreover, I apply a wifi booster (black hub) but it seems doesn’t work well. So I tried to log into my account to see if it can be fixed, but now I have trouble resetting the password.
