Renewed my contract

I’ve done this and all I get it bills and threatening emails. They renewed my contract yet still charge the out of contract price so I cancelled the direct debit. They’ve completely ignored emails and WhatsApp

    You ay find the discounts on your previous contract have now expired.  Even if you sign up again for another 24 months, your non discounted price will be in place.  You have to negotiate for pricing, it just does not "roll over" to another contract.
