Renewal of contract

My current broadband/TV/landline contract is not due to end until February 2026. I am starting to receive a lot of phone calls from Virgin Media with offers of a new 2 year contract with changes/upgrades to my current package. Although I am happy to listen to any offers, I would not commit to any changes over the phone without checking the detail of the offer. Is it possible that I could discuss any proposed change to my contract via this forum?

    My belief (and practice) is that you are better off waiting until the last month and then contacting VM (choose "thinking of leaving") to find out what is available.

      Thanks. I'll wait until a month before and see what is on offer.
