Renewal not going through

My current plan is about to end, i decided to renew my current plan for an overall cheaper bill. Whenever I decide to renew my plan I get a confirmation email but when I look on the website it still says I owe the original amount. Can I get help understanding when my bill will actually change or if this is just a glitch?

  • Last thing, if i renewed twice by accident. Would it just go through with the renewal plan once without fault? Or would i have 2 renewal plans by accident?

      It wouldn't be possible to have two renewals of the same service Atlask.

      We could only charge for one package under an account number at any one time.

        I've got two emails just there saying that the price i pay next month will be different for the renewal and when I accidently renewed it. That won't be an issue will it, it will still just see it as one plan being paid for? 

  • I applied them just yesterday and got the confirmation email, i tried again to see if it went through or not. Will I have to pay the new plan only next month as well when the changes apply?

      Thanks for coming back to us Atlask. You would only need to pay the new plan once its been added to your account.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your renewal at the moment. When renewing your package online it can take up to 14 days for the plan to be put in place. When did you first try to apply the changes?
