  • Hello Dalz103,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online renewal.

Are you being charged more than your previous contract or are you being charged more than what you agreed to as part of your new contract? If you have been charged double the amount on your first bill, that would be normal as you are charged a month in advance for our services.

    Kind Regards,

Surely the existing contract was charged in advance already and you are now charging for the end of the month for the current contract (which was already paid in advance) and now also charging a month in advance for the new contract at the same time.  You have charged twice.

        Hi StevoBarry,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Once an offer has ended, you will likely see pro rate charges on the next bill if the cost has increased due to a discount ending for example.

If you'd like me to take a look at your individual billing and provide a breakdown of the charges etc I'd be happy to do so.

I'll send you a private message now.

Please look out for the envelope in the top right of the page and pop back to me when you can.

    On our wavelength

I assume this is the same problem that I and others have. Renewed online at the grab a deal price,  receive pre contract agreement at that price then later get another contract at a far higher price including charges for making changes to package. I am on my third cycle of this known issue and now been billed at £178.93 for one month instead of the agreed deal of £96.
