My virgin media broadband contract ends next month and I've received a contract offer email saying thank you etc here is your pre contract offer but I havent asked for this? I want to cancel?

We're very sorry for any confusion. As jpeg1 confirmed, you do not have to proceed with any deal if you do wish to cancel.
You can do so by calling into the team via 150/0345 454 1111.

You don't need to accept the new offer, it's up to you. If you don't accept the offer you will continue at a new higher price until you give 30 days notice to cancel.
