Re: Unrequested Netflix added to Bill

I am also being charged £4.99 for Netflix which I did not sign upto . Got £4.99 back for last month and a email to say Netflix was cancelled . But my latest bill says I signed up again to Netflix which I have not . Will be leaving virgin at the end of the contract . Also making a complaint in another 4 weeks to ofcom

  • i have this exact same issue but when i call virgin media they say they have never heard of it

      yeh they told me to start with must logged into Netflix and given them my Virgin account details . What I also can’t understand is how Virgin takes the money but then says it nothing to do with them .
