Put wrong email when signing up for broadband

When signing up for my broadband yesterday I put the wrong ending on my email so haven’t received the confirmation email with my account number so I can’t phone up and ask for it to be changed, and help greatly appreciated!

    Not to worry about the incorrect email. You can contact our pre-install team via 0800 052 1734 and they will be able to get this updated. 

    They are open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

      Will I still be able to phone up without an account number as that was sent to the wrong email aswell

        Yes, they will be trace everything by taking your name and address including post code
