Please Respond - Contract Renewal Issue

15days ago I renewed my contract online and I received email with Contract Information and Summary documents attached as well as a second Summary email.

To date, this is yet to show on my account.

Can someone from VM contact me to sort this (and corresponding incorrect bills that have been debited from my account).

      To confirm, did you accept the upgrade in the emails you would have received?

      Thanks again - after publishing request on "Managing your account - cable" section, the post is not visible - I presume that is not normal?

        This happened to us last year. We eventually made a complaint and it was all sorted out in the end! The chat agents won't have much knowledge so go through the complaints department instead and supply evidence
